Membership/Administrative Services
- Provision of all administrative functions identified by the board of directors
- Main point of contact for board members, volunteers, committees, members, and non-members as they communicate with headquarters via phone, fax, or e-mail
- Facilitation and support for board and committee meetings
- Assistance with development and distribution of meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Coordination and distribution of all member communications
- Assistance with promotions
- Processing of all membership renewals, meeting registrations, and general invoicing
- Management and maintenance of membership database, membership records, and demographics
- Management of awards programs
- Management of membership and/or officer elections
- Tracking of organization history
- Assistance with committee relations
FASS will work with you to assist in the administration of essential association activities, such as database management, generation of membership reports, electronic and print correspondence, and coordination of board and committee functions and awards programs.
